Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

You will be unable to return goods where the seal on the product has been broken.

 

HOW TO RETURN A PACKAGE?

Please bear in mind that only unopened goods can be refunded.

1. Please send us an email to notify us about your return. Your subject line should be "Return Product." Please indicate your order number and the item you're returning. 
2. You will receive an email with the details of your return and a return label.

Once we have received and examined your return we will proceed with the refund through the same payment method you used in the original transaction.
